Growing and Changing- with a Grown-up

This course is geared toward young women who are experiencing or entering puberty. We encourage the young woman to attend the course with an adult support person of their choosing. Discussion in this class focus on puberty, self-esteem, skin care, and communication during these delicate years.  This class is held in the Dunlap Conference Center on the 4th Floor of the main hospital right near the information desk.
