Second Wind- Better Breathing

This class is designed to teach you skills to help you better manage fatigue, shortness of breath and other symptoms related to chronic lung diseases including emphysema, chronic bronchitis, COPD, asthma or pulmonary fibrosis.   (Class is held in the 3rd floor Conference Room)
