Celebrating Expert Care from People Who Care
In recent months, change has been at the forefront of much of what we’ve done. We’ve opened a brand new, state-of-the-art outpatient center, and celebrated our organizational transition to St. Clair Health. The one thing that hasn’t changed, though, is our promise to provide expert care from people who care.

Sullivan, St. Clair Health Chief Medical Officer. “We care about our patients and our community, and we’re able to deliver a healthcare experience tailored to each patient’s individual needs.”
At St. Clair Health, our goal is, and has always been, to provide the highest level of quality care possible to the people and communities we serve. As a result, St. Clair is the only health system in the region to be named to the Fortune/IBM Watson Health 100 Top Hospitals list seven times, the only health system in the state to receive 18 consecutive “A” grades in hospital safety from the Leapfrog Group, ranked in the top 14 percent of hospitals in the nation by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and remains the only member of the prestigious Mayo Clinic Care Network in western Pennsylvania.
“Our goal is to provide the best care, from the best people, and to work to create a healthier region,” said Dr. Sullivan. “If we can continue to do this, the recognition we receive as a result is just icing on the cake.”
In May, we opened the fully integrated Dunlap Family Outpatient Center. Here, patients benefit from access to complete pre-surgical and diagnostic testing and the combined expertise of Walgreens and St. Clair Health, a large outpatient therapy suite offering physical and occupational rehabilitation services, specialty clinics for orthopedics, urology, glaucoma, and cardiology, comfortable waiting spaces, free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and a café featuring high-quality, chef-prepared meals.
We collaborate with some of the most brilliant medical minds in the country through our partnership with Mayo Clinic, giving our patients a valuable second opinion without the stress of travel or additional costs. We’ve also consolidated our cancer care services onto a single campus, providing specialized support for each patient’s unique cancer care journey and meeting all of their oncology needs in a comfortable, connected environment that’s affiliated with UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
