Our offices provide a range of services. These services include, but are not limited to, obstetric services such as routine, low-intervention and cesarean deliveries; high-risk pregnancy care; procedures such as fibroid and polyp removal or tubal litigation; and gynecologic services such as annual exams, pap smear screening, contraceptive management, and infertility treatment.
Meet Our Experts
Patrick T. Christy, M.D.
For more than 20 years, Dr. Christy has served Western Pennsylvania with the highest level of personal, experienced care. Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Christy earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed his residency at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pa.
Tera S. Conway, M.D.
Dr. Conway earned her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed her residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident. Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she enjoys forming lasting relationships with each patient and providing care for all of their health needs, including minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Among her greatest joys is allowing a mom to hear her baby’s heartbeat for the first time and handing her her newborn child.
Kourtnie McQuillen, M.D.
Dr. McQuillen earned her medical degree from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and completed her residency training at West Virginia University. She’s an advocate for women at every stage in their lives and takes special pride in being a part of a woman’s journey.
Elizabeth J. Pronesti, M.D., FACOG
A Pittsburgh native and graduate of Chartiers Valley High School, Dr. Pronesti earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and completed her residency training at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital. There, she earned awards for excellence in high-risk obstetrics, female pelvic medicine and laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgery. Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she’s an advocate for women at every stage in their lives, and takes special pride in being a part of a woman’s journey.
Paul M. Zubritzky, M.D.
Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Zubritzky has been caring for patients in Western Pennsylvania for more than 35 years. He earned his medical degree at Temple University and completed his residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. Soon after, Dr. Zubritzky took over his father’s practice, maintaining a commitment to personal care for every woman while growing the practice into what it is today.
Trista McMahon, CRNP
Meet our Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Trista McMahan. Trista is a graduate of Duquesne University and holds board certification from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She is currently welcoming new patients and is enthusiastic about getting to know them while fostering an open and comfortable environment.
Vanessa Sidick, CRNP
